Nokia is top mobile gaming device

The Asian ad and social networking specialist just released its Djuzz Mobile Gaming Metrics study, which shows what users are doing on its Djuzz free ad-funded gaming portal.

Djuzz delivered more than nine million gameplays for December, which was an 18 per cent increase, by 120,000 unique daily visitors.

15 of the top 20 devices used by these players were Nokias, accounting for 49 per cent of all downloads.

Competition came from 'white box' manufacturers, which took ten per cent of total downloads for the year.

Elsewhere, BlackBerry increased its share with 0.5 per cent (288,000) of overall downloads, gaining a strong foothold on several key mobile markets such as UK, US and Indonesia.
