Blackberry Storm 3: Images, Specs Leaked

Look what RIM's cooking for Blackberry fans? A new Storm! According to an exclusive scoop from BGR, the new RIM Blackberry Storm 3 looks like a good overall smartphone, let alone a credible business phone. The Blackberry Storm 3 smartphone is speculated for launch around September later this year, according to reports, and will feature the yet-unreleased Blackberry OS 6.1.

Although not very clear, the images below are claimed to be of the upcoming Blackberry Storm 3 touchscreen smartphone.





Blackberry Storm 3: Specs, Features
The Blackberry Storm 3 may launch under a different branding -- codenamed Monaco and Monza, said BGR who leaked the images above. As far as specs are concerned, the Blackberry Storm 3 looks like it will have a 2.7-inch 800x480 capacitive touchscreen, a 1.2-GHz processor, and a 5MP camera with HD 720p video recording.

The Blackberry Storm 3 will also come with an optical trackpad, a microSD slot, 8GB eMMC storage for apps and data and 512MB of RAM. The Blackberry Storm 3 reportedly supports quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band UMTS/HSPA connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1, and a 3G Mobile hotspot.
